Joan was elevated to the presidency of Machica FIRM, Inc. in 2011, and is concurrently the Finance/HR Head at Machica Tan-Cruz & Co.
She was formerly the Vice President and Head of the Group’s Administration, Finance and Human Resource Department. She started with the group’s insurance division after her 3-year stint in a universal bank. She is licensed for life and variable insurance, and non-life insurance, with the Insurance Commission; and an AXA Certified Health Specialist. She is a registered nurse and earned units in Master in Health Sciences.

At Machica Tan-Cruz & Co, Grace is the Partner-In-Charge of its Manila and Makati Offices where she leads in audit, tax, and BPO-related engagements. She is a CPA, a Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA), an associate member of CPA Australia, and has completed the Certified Internal Control Auditor program. She is also registered as an ASEAN Professional Chartered Accountant. She is a member of PICPA and ACPAPP and actively participates in Asia–Pacific conferences. Grace had years of professional experience gained from Valdes Abad & Associates, CPAs (formerly Carlos J. Valdes and Associates, CPAs) in Makati City. At that time, the Firm was the local affiliate of RSM International. In her last year at Valdes, she was the overall audit-incharge. As a Firm scholar, Grace earned her Management Development Program (MDP) executive education at the Asian Institute of Management in April 2014. She completed her BS Accountancy degree at Eastern Visayas State University with one-term cross-enrollment at the De La Salle University, Manila.

In 2019, she was recognized by World Confederation of Businesses with ‘Excellence in Quality Management’.

Rizaldy Bustamante is the Manager of the Tax Department at Machica Group, where he leverages his extensive qualifications and experience to provide comprehensive tax and corporate services. He holds several prestigious certifications, including Certified Bookkeeper, Certified Tax Technician, Certified Cost Accountant, and Licensed Financial Adviser with AXA.

Before joining Machica Group, Rizaldy served as a Municipal Financial Analyst at the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for five years, where he honed his analytical and compliance skills.

At Machica Group, he is responsible for ensuring tax compliance across various accounts, conducting audits for cooperatives and regular corporations, and managing SEC compliance tasks, including incorporation, General Information Sheets (GIS), Government Financial Statement (GFFS), and License to Operate (LCFS). His expertise also extends to marketing, allowing him to contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
